Abstract

  Sectarianism is a problem that creates  difficult situation regarding the Sunni, Shia conflicts in Pakistan. This study deals with the scene and how did the current era of sectarianism in Pakistan come about and what were the most important steps that opened the doors of sectarianism in Pakistan and ultimately took the direction of Pakistan's economic impact. At the time of Pakistan's independence in 1947, many people have different sects. But beyond the concept of caste, color and race  built on the concept of  an independent state based on the same principles of Islam. After the death of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah the adventurous leaders were politically weak and could not effectively manage the political affairs of this newly built country. This led to a series of conflicts based on religious grounds. The state elements of these conflicts were the Shia, Sunni community.This article will be helpful to reduce the Sunni-Shia contradictions.
