Abstract

There are various opinions we found in our era that the Sahabat (Companions) focused their lives only on worship of Allah. They spent their lives in the wars. They did not know daily life need and importance of family life. That’s why, they kept yourself away from materialistic life and marriage as well. It might means that they are conceding about monasticism. Although, our often Muslim authors only discussed about their worships and wars life in his books. But it does not mean that they were actually like that. Because in this research study we found various examples about their contribution in the Islamic State of Madina. They must have in this magnificent Islamic State Bazars, hotels, restaurants, butchers, hairdressers, cooks, plumbers, hammers as every civilization needs it. And the workers in these various departments must be our beloved Sahabat (Companions). We also know that the Muhajireen (migraters) were basically businessmen and the Ansars (helpers) were agriculturists. Ibn Khaldoon discussed their incomes and property of Sahabat (Companions) during their deaths.
