Importance of the objective of the sharia for a Preacher and its impact on the listener An Analytical Descriptive Study

Abstract

Preaching to Allah is an obligation that will continue until the Day of Judgment, and it is the window through which the addressees see Islam. Therefore, the preachers in our time should have insight into their religion, and take into account the objective of Sharia and bring them in their discussion about Islam and their call to people. Hence knowledge of the objectives of Sharia has become the talk of our time in the field of intellectual, social, cultural, political, economic, and other fields. This is only because of its great importance and its huge impact on reshaping the Muslim mind, arranging its scales and priorities, achieving the correct understanding, proper application of Islam, narrowing the circle of disagreement, rejecting fanaticism and getting out of the bond of imitation and stagnation. This is also remedying the challenges and emerging issues of the time and demonstrate the ability of Islam to adapt itself in every time and place and in all circumstances.
