Abstract

It is known that the position of the second group of scholars is more prevalent in view of the pluralistic culture. This is the story of the modern age. Now in no region of the world have the Muslims conquered the non-Muslims by force of war and force but they live with the non-Muslims of their own free will.

If a non-Muslim resides in a Muslim country and the Muslims take some money from him for social, economic and military security and he gives it willingly, then there is no humiliation in it, but in it. His role will be that of a contract dhimmi.
