Abstract

Brings to light that the greatness of the Holy Quran lies in its worth as a Word of God and also as a book of the ideology of life. And it is not possible to get the guidance without understanding its commandments. The holy Quran was revealed in Arabic language because the Arabs who were its first addresses and preachers to the entire nations of the world. So to understand its commandments and to attain its guidance, it became compulsory to critically learn the Arabic language with its rhetorics.The differences in the interpretations of the Quranic commandments are found frequently in the Islamic jurists and the scholars of the exegesis due to the rich linguistic rhetorics of the Arabic language. Hence, it proves that in the derivation of the Quranic laws, But this language against the religious juristi thought not be accepted the role of Arabic language can not be ignored
