Widespread poverty continues in the world due to people's lifestyle, bad customs and misinterpretation of the principles of Islamic Sharia.
There is no doubt that the most important thing that the Islamic states should pay attention to is the solution of the poverty of the society in order to avoid all the consequences and prevent future possible difficulties in spreading Islamic teachings.
This study tries to find the main causes of the poverty caused by economic, social and political dynamics in the country land beyond the Oxus (Transoxiana), taking into account the strategies of the Umayyad state, and finding solutions according to their policies.
The purpose of which is to eliminate the difference between people, and to improve the standard of living and to carry out the Islamic da'wah correctly.
Likewise, this study emphasizes the need for concerted efforts to reduce the negative effects of poverty on both society and the environment.
