Important illegitimate contracts and its laws

Abstract

In view of the variety, expansion and importance of the mutual transactions, the Islamic jurists have dealt with them, especially those related with business and finance, in detail. That is why a large part of each book on Fiqh is concerned with the details of such transactions and their Shariah status.

In this article under view, I have pointed out only those matters involved in these transactions.i.e gambling, interest, invalid sale,makrooh etc. Our transactions are free of which render them either Baatil (invalid), or Faasid or Makrooh. Such things, it is called Valid Sale/Contract (Bay'Sahih) we will be rewarded in this world as well as in the world hereafter.
