A research review of the types of fraudulent sales and related rulings

Abstract

The depraved contracts play an integral role in Islam, specifically according to the Hanfi school of thought. The rules and ideas of said contract are established by Hanfi school. The depraved contract lessens the nullity of the contract if the breach is not related to the basic parts of the contract but such violations are part of the outer character which do not affect the legality of the contract. These contracts are accepted by some civil laws as well but they do not properly recognise them as recognized by Islam. This is to be noted that this paper explains Muslim jurists veiws and the veiw of that of Islam. Furthermore, the research explains the rules of civil laws about depraved contracts and the rules accepted by Muslim jurist pertaining to the said contracts
