Abstract

Almighty Allah has firm command on entire creation and all universal activities have been following well-founded and grasp of gigantic power of Allah. The study of the nature reflects the fact that tasks have been distributed in a very fine and systematic manner among the creatures as to assure sustainability of operations. The sacred book, Al-Quran has witnesses on it by saying that Sun and Moon engaged in their own orbitals coupled with running of all other mini systems in their own ring roads, kept followed the creator law. There is quite clear understanding of nature phenomenal by analysis of human body and all biological and chemical reactions took place in a single second revealed the power of inventor.

 

Among these small and complex biological and chemical reactions, Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) plays a vital role in transferring of characters from generation to generations. it is genetic information that every parent passes on their biological children. Currently it is considered one of the powerful tool of identification and recognitions along with other biological benefits and positive characters.

 The study portraying the facts that biological evidences are accepted and considered in different courts and reconciliation centers but shariah rulings have some specific restrictions and conditions for biological evidences as little change and variation or ambiguity alter the case as well as shariah rulings. So this research paper will help out in highlighting the pros and cons of the matter coupled with suggestion and recommendation in this regard.
