jurisprudential aspects of Tafsir or Jurisprudential Tafsir is a part of the general interpretation of the holy Quran and became famous in the first stages of Islam. This type of Tafsir was a part of general interpretation in the time of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), but after his death, particularly, after the era of the companions of the prophet, it became an independent branch of Quranic Sciences. The jurisprudential aspects of Tafsir mostly interprets and focuses on the practical rules and obligations of Islam mostly, regarding contracts, worships and all that controls and manages social life of the people.
We have tried in this research to summarize the definition of jurisprudential aspect of Tafsir, the foundation and beginning of this type of Tafsir, and the main sources of the jurisprudential Tafsir.
