Abstract

The poet of the Middle East, Hazrat Allama Muhammad Iqbal, may God bless him and grant him peace, is not only a poet, but also a great thinker, and a great philosopher, as well as a pure Sufi. You are such a personality in Sufism who has introduced new dimensions, new purposes and aspects in the light of the Qur'an and the Sunnah.  He described and explained Sufism as an interpretation of the Qur'an and the Sunnah. He explained Sufism not only theoretically but also practically. In his Sufi poetry there is a coherent philosophy of Sufism, which is not in any way contradictory to the teachings of the Qur'an, but the essence of the meaning of the Qur'an. In the entire history of Islam, there is no other poet who has discussed so many spiritual issues of human life and various aspects of Sufism in the light of Islamic teachings. Besides being a male Qalandar himself, the Sufis, Dervishes and Walias had great devotion to Allah and were eager to meet him, which created a new wave in his personality and thought.
